Edenom Care delivers services to individuals who are domiciled in their own home. Our aim is to enable people to remain living as independently as they can in their own homes through the provision of personal care and support. This may include personal care and support with daily personal tasks including with medication, however care and support will be predominantly non-medical. The support we provide is of a reablement nature when appropriate and will be tailored to suit the individual’s needs.
